Ocean Rides Policy

1. Terms and Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms: By using our transportation services, clients unconditionally agree to and accept the terms and conditions set forth.
- Payment Terms: Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date for contracted service and before service date for private events. Accepted payment methods includes cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment systems.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may incur charges, including full contract price for last-minute cancellations.

2. Client Responsibilities
- Valid Identification: Clients must provide valid identification upon request to confirm their identity.
- Respect for Drivers: Clients must treat drivers with respect and refrain from unruly or disruptive behavior.

3. Service Standards
- Punctuality: We guarantee timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Our fleet is meticulously maintained and immaculately cleaned.
- Professional Drivers: Our drivers are professionally trained and thoroughly screened.

4. Privacy and Security
- Data Protection: We protect client data and ensure secure transactions.
- Confidentiality: We maintain confidentiality of client information.

5. Additional Provisions
- No Illegal Activities: Clients are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities during transportation .
